Goats milk support a healthy skin microbiome --the collection of good bacteria on the skin's surface. Because of its gentle dirt removing properties, it doesn't strip the skin's natural lipids or good bacteria. ACV is acidic and has antimicrobial effects; therefore, the acidity of vinegar (which resembles the acidity of a healthy vagina) may be responsible for inhibiting the growth of Candida. As a bonus, the peppermint provides a slight cooling & refreshing sensation!
